The Purple Dog client area is where you manage your relationship with us, including all of the products and services that we provide to you. You can access your Purple Dog account here: https://www.purpledogdesign.com/clients/login
You'll need your username and password to login. The username is often your email address and the password would have been set up when you first registered with us - at which point we would have sent you a "welcome" email. Check your email for a subject such as "Welcome to Purple Dog".
TIP: if you can't remember your password, use the "reset password" option on the login page.
You'll need access to your email - so if you've lost access to your email address, you'll need to open a ticket with us.
Once you've logged in you will be able to:
- View and update your contact details, payment preferences, and any additional account information;
- Review the products & services you are subscribed to, including any hosting and domain names;
- Look at any current or upcoming bills and invoices;
- Order new products and services, for example to order domain names or other services and products;
- Cancel any services and / or close your account;
- View details of current and historical emails, tickets, orders and invoices;
- Submit and view new Support Tickets, including submitting sensitive information, such as passwords;
- Look up all emails that have been sent to you from us (including all support queries, orders, invoices and receipts);
- Manage Domain Name DNS nameserver settings;
