If you wish to transfer a domain away from Purple Dog to another registrar, we will be sorry to see you leave, but we won't stop you!
To transfer to another domain provider, you will need to retrieve your domain name password, sometimes referred to as the EPP or UDAI. You can fetch this from your Purple Dog account by following the instructions below;
- Login to your Purple Dog client account
- Click on My Domains in the navigation bar drop-down
- Next to the domain you wish to transfer away, click on "manage domain" (spanner icon) at right
- On the left menu, select "Get EPP Code"
- The EPP code is then displayed in the console for you to copy.
